We are a small centre with big benefits. We prioritise our relationships with parents and educators so your child can learn, grow and Evolve to their full potential.
Rooms are grouped by age, so we able to provide children with a safe, secure and supportive environment, and plan developmentally-appropriate programs that help them meet milestones for early childhood.
Nursery (6wks -20 Months)
Toddler (20 Months – 3 Years)
Preschool (3-6 Years)
Children from the age groups mix at times, we call this family grouping and siblings are encouraged to visit each other throughout their day.
We do it a little differently at EELC. We offer sessions that make childcare more affordable and flexible:
Our team is experienced and qualified, with multiple teachers holding a degree in Early Childhood. They all have a passion for children’s early education and are committed to ongoing professional development so they can continue to create a rich and stimulating environment for your child.
We embed Bronfenbrenner’s ecological model theory into our practice to ensure the holistic development of each child.
We believe in and implement a play-based learning approach based on the Early Years Learning Framework. It’s a guide to supporting and nurturing young children’s learning from birth to five years of age and their transition to school.
We believe children are capable and competent individuals and advocate for their right to direct their learning and empower them to make their own choices. Evolve acknowledges the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child as our guiding and governing document of these rights.
Evolve recognises that children are developing a complex range of emotions. Particularly in recent stressful times, adults need to assist children in recognising and finding positive means to work through those emotions.
We recognise a child’s family as their first and most influential teacher. We believe that collaborative partnerships with families are imperative in building a clear picture of the child to develop plans for individual learning.
At Evolve, we value each family’s diversity. We feel every child is entitled to a quality education that fosters their needs and facilitates opportunities to grow in an environment where they are supported and attain a sense of belonging.
We believe in the importance of creating and maintaining connections between families and local services to promote collaborative relationships that inspire positive outcomes for children.
We advocate for the ongoing and continuous development of these relationships, especially when challenged with exploring new and creative ways to maintain them.
